We started this company back in 1999 with one concept in mind, to provide the finest quality products at the fairest market value. Our philosophy was simple; Treat your customers just as you would wish to be treated. It seems that now days that concept has been lost by virtually every large company. Customers become a name or a number and are treated with indifference by most of the folks that they speak with on the telephone at those companies. The practice has become rampant, a way of life for the retail industry with few exceptions. Some of us are old enough to remember when you did business at a store the clerk or even the cashier would thank you for your business. These days a cashier will hand you your change and say something like “Here ya go”! Sometime I find myself saying “Thank You” …Then I think, “Thank you for what”? The privilege of spending my hard earned money at YOUR company? It’s become the ‘norm’ to be treated with mediocrity!
